Flakey Friday uses your phone number to verify your signup and send the weekly reminder you request. Your selected time zone determines the send time; delivery may be delayed by your carrier. We don’t sell your phone number or share it for marketing. Twilio processes verification and delivery. Phone numbers are encrypted in our database. Reply STOP to stop reminders and remove the stored phone number; an opt-out record is kept to prevent unwanted re-enrollment. Verification records expire after 10 minutes and delivery records are kept for up to 90 days. Reply HELP for service assistance. To rejoin after opting out, reply START, then verify a new signup here.
