Texting terms

The Friday website is fully available without signing up for texts. To request optional text notifications, choose “Sign up for text notifications.” You can select “Continue without texts” to dismiss the form. The separate, unchecked SMS consent box applies only to text notifications; it is not required to use the website or bundled with acceptance of general website terms.

Flakey Friday is an optional, noncommercial reminder service. Weekly reminder delivery is awaiting service approval. A verified signup records your request; it does not mean reminders have started.

Enter a supported US phone number that you control, choose your time zone, check the consent box, and verify your phone number. This requests one automated reminder each Friday at 6:30 AM in that selected time zone after the service launches, plus a verification text now. Responses to STOP, START, and HELP are separate from the weekly reminder. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Flakey Friday does not charge a subscription fee to recipients. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed at an exact time. Your selected time zone does not automatically change when you travel.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further weekly reminders. Reply HELP for service information, or return to flakeyfriday.com. To rejoin after opting out, reply START, then complete a new verified signup here. START alone does not restart weekly reminders.
